Terms of Use

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your PIN and recovery code private and for activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate another person or use HerCycle to harm, deceive or exploit others.

2. Health tools

Cycle predictions, symptom tools, assistant responses and Tanzania STG information are educational and supportive. They do not diagnose disease, replace a clinician, or provide emergency medical care. Seek professional or emergency care when symptoms are severe, urgent, worsening, or otherwise concerning.

3. Discover and community content

You are responsible for content you upload. Do not post illegal content, non-consensual intimate material, harassment, dangerous instructions, impersonation, privacy violations, spam or other content that violates platform safety rules. HerCycle may review reports and hide or remove content after human review.

4. Kibati

Kibati provides group coordination, contribution tracking, rotation, trust and record-keeping tools. HerCycle does not hold member contributions as a financial custodian. Members remain responsible for actual transfers, group agreements and compliance with applicable financial or community rules. A verification tick is a platform trust signal, not a guarantee of repayment or financial performance.

5. Pinky

Pinky is a savings-goal tracker and coach. It is not a bank account, wallet, investment product, lender or deposit-taking service. Amounts recorded in Pinky represent user-entered tracking information unless a future feature explicitly states otherwise.

6. Paid products

Paid products may include Personal Verification, Kibati Verification, Pinky Premium, Discover Boost and Discover Ads. A payment claim is not automatically approved. HerCycle may manually verify the transaction reference and other claim details before unlocking a service.

7. Verification and sponsored content

Personal and Kibati verification use different review processes and badges. Payment starts a review; it does not automatically grant a tick. Sponsored Discover content also requires content review after payment approval and must be labeled when active.

8. Platform safety and access

HerCycle may restrict features, hide content, reject verification or promotion requests, or suspend access where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, abuse control, legal compliance or protection of users and the service.

9. Availability

HerCycle may be updated, interrupted or temporarily unavailable. Features that depend on third-party hosting, storage, network operators or other providers may also be affected by those services.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes may be presented for acknowledgement before continued use of affected features.
